Who are we? We are a group of women from our local community dedicated to uniting and empowering women. We firmly believe that women are more resilient when they come together. Our goal is to complement, inspire, and provide support to all women, regardless of their life stage.

Boss Babes Unite originated in 2020 when we designed our first Boss Babe shirt, which became an instant success! The following year, we continued with the same concept. It all began with a group of women in the real estate industry who recognized the importance of women supporting each other.

In 2022, these women organized the inaugural Boss Babes Unite Event, held in March to celebrate Women's International Day. Over 100 women attended the event, featuring a local women speaker, Becca Titus.

The event grew exponentially in 2023, with even more women attending. Boss Babes Unite introduced vendors and transformed it into a fantastic girls' night out, offering shopping, dining, and drinks. Most importantly, it remained a source of inspiration and support for women in the community. Emily Aranda, also known as MamaE, delivered a moving message that left attendees emotional.

In 2023, the event's attendance continued to rise. This year, we plan to expand even further with more vendors, additional speakers, and a larger venue to accommodate the growing number of women. Stay tuned for updates on our Third Annual Boss Babes Unite Event—we can't wait to have you join us!
